How do I write a plan of action for an Amazon seller suspension?

A plan of action has three parts: the root cause of the specific problem in your notice, the corrective actions you have already taken, and the preventive steps that stop it happening again, each backed by documents such as invoices or order records. Name the ASINs, orders and dates involved, keep it factual and short, and submit it from the Account Health page in Seller Central. This pack, for sellers, drafts that plan from your notice and data, with an evidence index and a submission checklist.

How it works

  1. Pay US$149 at checkout, then email us the full text of your suspension or deactivation notice.
  2. Send your Account Health screenshots, the affected ASINs or orders and any supplier invoices or authorization letters.
  3. We check the notice type first; if it is a case we cannot help with, such as a related-account deactivation, we tell you and refund you.
  4. We identify the root cause from your notice and data, separating the real cause from the symptom Amazon reported.
  5. We draft the plan of action with root cause, corrective actions and preventive measures specific to your case.
  6. We build an evidence index that ties each statement in the plan to a named document, and a submission checklist.
  7. You receive the pack by email within 24 hours, review it and submit it from your own Seller Central Account Health page.

Who it's for

For Amazon sellers and brand owners whose seller account or listings were suspended for performance metrics, intellectual property complaints, product authenticity or policy issues. It suits sellers who hold their own invoices and data and want a specific, well-structured plan instead of a template.

What it isn't

Sample excerpt

Fictional example. The seller, SKU and figures below are invented to show the format. Notice: selling privileges deactivated, Late Shipment Rate above the 4% target. Root cause: Our Late Shipment Rate for the 30 days to 14 September was 6.8% (41 of 603 seller-fulfilled orders). 37 of the 41 late orders shipped from our own warehouse on 2-6 September, when our only shipping staff member was absent and no backup had been trained. Handling time was set to 1 day for all SKUs. Corrective actions taken: 1. Contacted all 41 affected buyers and refunded shipping on 33 orders (order list in Evidence 2). 2. Trained a second staff member on packing and label printing on 10 September (Evidence 3). 3. Increased handling time from 1 to 2 days on our 12 bulky SKUs (Evidence 4). Preventive measures: 1. Daily check at 2 pm of unshipped orders, with any order due that day packed before 4 pm. 2. A written backup rota so two trained people cover every shipping day. 3. A weekly review of Late Shipment Rate in Account Health, with action if it passes 2%. Evidence index (excerpt): E2 Buyer messages and refund list, E3 Training record, E4 Handling-time screenshot.

Questions

What is the difference between a plan of action and an appeal?

The appeal is the request you submit through Account Health in Seller Central to have selling privileges or a listing restored. The plan of action is the core document inside that appeal. It explains the root cause, the corrective actions you have taken and the preventive steps you will follow, usually with supporting documents such as invoices attached.

Why pay US$149 when free templates exist online?

Templates describe generic causes, while a reviewer looks for your specific ASINs, orders, dates and documents. A plan that names the real cause and ties each fix to evidence is easier to assess. We draft from your notice and data, so the plan matches your case, and we also flag weak points and missing evidence before you submit.

Do you need access to my Seller Central account?

No. We never ask for passwords and never sign in to your account. You email us the notice text, Account Health screenshots, order or ASIN details and any invoices. We return the draft plan, evidence index and checklist, and you review and submit everything yourself from your own Account Health page, so you stay in control.

Can you help with intellectual property complaints?

Yes, for sellers who sourced genuine goods. For authenticity or counterfeit complaints, the plan relies on supplier invoices that show the brand, quantities and your business details. For rights-owner complaints, it explains what you have done, such as removing the listing or contacting the complainant. We never create or alter invoices; the evidence must be your own.

How long does it take?

You receive the full pack by email within 24 hours of sending the notice and your files. If key files are missing, we still deliver on time and list what to add before you submit. If we cannot deliver within 24 hours, you get a full refund under our refund policy, so allow a day before your appeal deadline.

Can I get a refund if Amazon rejects my appeal?

No. The refund covers our work, not Amazon's decision. You get a full refund if we cannot produce your pack, or if it arrives after 24 hours. Amazon decides every appeal, and a first appeal is sometimes rejected and then resubmitted with more detail. Our pack lists weak points so you can strengthen the plan before you submit.

What files should I send?

Send the full suspension or deactivation notice, Account Health screenshots, the affected ASINs or order IDs, and any supplier invoices, authorization letters or customer messages that relate to the issue. Remove card numbers and bank details first. We never need passwords, two-step codes or other sign-in details, and you should never send them to anyone.

Refunds

Full refund if we can't deliver: if we can't produce your pack, or it arrives later than the stated delivery time, you get all your money back. We don't control decisions made by other companies (for example a platform's review team or a card network), so the refund covers our delivery, not their decision.
